BA GPS remuneration policy is built based on the following criteria:

BA GPS remuneration system is divided into 4 components:
• Salary: Wages based on business activities (12 months)
• Bonus of 13th month salary which depends on business performance
•Allowance: Allowance for working goals such as: moving allowance, phone charges, allowance for the employees to take on many positions concurrently.
• Social welfare: Social insurance/ health insurance/ unemployment insurance, etc.
Health care
